Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Order Modifications: Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes, including address modifications. Please double-check your information before completing your purchase.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days, 
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days, 
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days, 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided link or directly on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: TDEYE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at tdeye.pk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Hazardous Materials: Certain items are considered hazardous materials and cannot be shipped. If an item in your order is restricted, we will notify you and provide a full refund for that item.
  • Weather Conditions: Severe weather conditions may delay or impact the delivery of your order. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
